Dolomite, whose composition is CaMg(CO3)2 and is a double carbon compound, is a mineral with a different feature from calcite. Its distinguishing feature is that it repels water.It is used in glass, plastic, paint, leather, ceramics, iron and steel industry, fertilizer, brick, cement, filling, chemistry, refractories, construction and agriculture fields, and even as a food additive in some mixtures.
Dolomite is mainly from the Marmara Island quarries. It is supplied from both our subsidiaries and the suppliers of which we are distributors.
